Can't activate the theme licence

Hi,

I’ve been trying to activate the theme licence in WP backend but keep getting this message:

API request call error. Contact your server providers and ask to update OpenSSL system library to the 1.0+ version.

I have reached out to my host and they said:

Apologies I wasn’t able to get this sorted, but given we have the OpenSSL system library version 1.1, I’m pretty sure its going to be an issue with the purchase code provider.

If you reach out to them and they require further information from Flywheel, we are more than happy to chat with them over a group email.

COuld someone please look into this.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin as well as FTP access so we can check it?
