Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it? Send us the purchase code as well.
Thank you in advance

rjmlParticipantHello.
Thank you for your answer.
I have a fresh install.
Only WordPress + Installed Woodmart Theme + Install Required Plugins.
Before using the demo import feature, I was going to activate license, but with the error above.I already sent purchase code – also with an admin access to wordpress in private content on previous message.
Sending it again in private content in this message (with ftp access).
Thanks.

Artem TemosKeymasterThere is an error with while sending the request to our server saying that the SSL certificate is expired https://gyazo.com/25b9e395ac289aa7880929f7c3f20efb
Please, ask your hosting to check the issue from their side.May 31, 2020 at 11:05 am #199410
rjmlParticipantHello.
I have an SSL certificate. And is valid.
I created it yesterday (after theme installation) – but I’ve setted the urls of wordpress to httpS.According to the image attached, you can see that the SSL is valid until 29/08/2020 and it is not expired.
The certificate was created for subdomain – as this is a development server I don’t have an SSL on the main domain (you think this might be the cause?).
Which certificate is that error reffering to?
Thanks.

Artem TemosKeymasterThis error comes from WordPress
wp_remote_get
function and it seems to be something wrong with the PHP configuration. Please, check this problem with your hosting provider also.May 31, 2020 at 11:17 am #199413
rjmlParticipantHello.
Ok, so I’ve managed to work with it by disabling ssl_verify, temporarily just to activate the license.
While that I will contact the hosting to see what they say.
Thanks again.

rjmlParticipantHello.
Thanks for your reply :).
I’ve had previous disabled ssl verify on PHP to be able to activate the the theme license.
I deactivated now, and tested it normally.
And I confirm the issue is solved :).Thanks for your confirmation. :).
Everything is great now.
Also congrats for the theme. I’ve used it a couple of times and for ecommerce (woocommerce) is an excelent theme .).
Best.
