can’t activate woodmart plugin

Hi guys just purchased your theme and when i get to the plug in page they all load except the woodmart it just spins for long and does not activate how long should it take

Hi Luke i’m a idiot I fixed it all I had to do is go to plugins and disable and remove xstores core it’s working great
