can't add a header banner(or say picture) at the top of the product category

i would like to add a header banner(or say picture) at the top of the product category, but no matter adding a coding at the description, upload an image at the “Image for category heading” or direct adding an image at the theme option> shop> HEADER BANNER, there is no feedback at all.

Since it is a WooCommerce function, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

if only text, it can show, just code can’t work
