Cant add pages to menu + Widgets from old theme still showing

Hello,
I have 2 issues I need support with:
1. For some reason its impossible to add pages to menus with the theme…
I know I can add a custom link but its very time consuming and besides, its a basic wordpress functionality that is missing.
2. In the single product page, if I turn on the sidebar in the theme settings it shows widgets from the old theme that were shown on the footer ?!?! when I got in the Design>Widget panel, it ofcourse shows that I have no widgets in any widget area. I even reapplied the old theme, disabled the widgets in the footer section, and reapplied the Woodmart theme, but it still shows.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I don’t understand why you have this long like with all the admin.php?redirect= %7%8

like every other wordpress site the admin login page is domain/wp-admin
please try again
