Cant connect to licencse server

im getting this message: The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.

i check my firewall and its not blocking your ip 95.216.69.114 and i also whitelist it
still same error,
is it possible you guys blocked my ip?

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder

You need to set up SSL certificate first to be able to access our server’s API. Let us know if it helps.
