Cant create Category Menu as the post types dont appear while menu creation

I have bought Woodmart theme .installed it locally and online
In my local theme, when i create Menu, i get whole lot of content types (including portfolio, products,woocommerce product categories etc) which dont appear on my online version.
I have installed woocommerce and plugins required by theme.
