Can't create new page or post or product …etc, I get an empty page

Hello

I face a problem of an empty page when I click on editing an existing page or adding a new page, post, product and so on.

What is the problem here, I just activate the theme and all plugins and everything is up to date, and there is no problem in WordPress system, I can access all the menus and also when I click on Appearance > Customize … I can see the menu on the left but the page doesn’t appear, its just like stop loading or something. IDK

Please help me as soon as possible, I tried all possible solutions for 2 days and the problem is still there, I can’t make any progress on creating my new site

I tried to change the theme with the default theme comes with WordPress, and I can create a new posts etc. the problem disappears!!!!

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and contacting our support. As I understand the problem occurs only on our theme and does not on the default, does it?

If so, please send us admin access and deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme.

I didn’t use extra plugins can make such an issue, and as I said I switch to the default theme and it works fine.

What you exactly want to get the access, is it ftp access you want or wp admin account !!

Please provide us with admin access to your site. And before make sure you have done the following:

1/ Install our theme and activate.
2/ Go to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate all http://prntscr.com/j5hl7p
3/ Set up Woocommerce
4/ Upload base import Dashboard > Woodman > Base Import http://prntscr.com/j5hlj0
5/ Creating or editing a page switch to Backend Editor of WP Page builder Dashboard > Pages > Chose and edit/create a new http://prntscr.com/j5hloz

Thank you, I did all the steps you provide since I purchased the theme. I also start with it by choosing fonts, colors, menus … etc.

Please deactivate these plugins ulili@passcode@2018 Dashboard > Plugins and check the issue.

Have you modified theme templates? If yes, delete and reinstall everything. Also, pay attention to PHP version and theme requirements listed here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/requirements-wordpress-set/
