I can no longer access the backend and therefore deactivate the mode and operate the website. How can I solve it?

    Hello,

You can access the backend via the Hosting admin panel either you can contact the hosting support and ask them to restore access.

    Kind Regards

Sorry, I didn’t understand the answer. How do they restore access? I can’t see the backend login URL

I’m sorry, but if you put the site under maintenance, will you no longer be able to access it? This doesn’t seem normal to me

    Hello,

First, each maintenance plugin works in such a way. Second, in order to log in you should use an appropriate link like www.example.com/wp-admin/

Hi, I know what the link is, the problem is that even if I put the login URL to the nackend it doesn’t let me log in, it also takes me to maintenance from the backend link. Can i deactivate maintenance mode from database? Can you help me to find the name table?

    Hello,

Send me the URL of the site and access to the admin panel so I can look closer at it.

    Kind Regards
