Can’t disable the promo popup

Can’t disable the promo popup I tried in theme settings but still shows up on first visit

Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Promo popup > disable promo popup then clear the cache and check the issue.

I can’t close this setting to. When I disable and save it, the options page is opening. Screen shot attached.

This issue is caused by the low PHP max input vars limit on your server. You can increase it in PHP configuration.

You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.
