Cant edit anything in theme settings

Hi, im trying to edit theme settings on my website but nothing is happen, when try toggle a function nothing happen.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

Hi, i have already deactived all the plugin. did not work, i have also disable teh child theme did not work.
Did you have chance to look at it?
worked now, updating wordpress fixed the issue.
