Can't edit my header anymore on Headerbuilder

Hi, i can’t edit my header on “Header Builder”:
When i try to open “header Builder” appear a blank box.
How can I fix it?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website. We are not able to find the root of the problem since it may be caused by some of the installed plugins.

by disable plugin in my staging area, I found the plugin thant doesn’t match with theme.
That was “Poupu Builder”

It seems that it somehow conflicts with our theme scripts. We suggest you to temporarily disable it while configuring the header with our header builder and then activate it back.
