I set up a new page, same exact settings as all of my other pages, yet I cannot get it to display correctly on the front end.

Specifically the page is missing the header, footer, and row design background

I think I have some setting turned off, but I cannot figure out what it is.

    Hello,

First of all please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 7.3.0 RELEASED” and update the required plugin and check the issue.
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If the issue remains, deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

I am unable to update my theme, ive checked both Appearance>Themes and Dashboard>Updates and it shows that no updates are available, even though I am running v.7.2.5

I also went to my Envato Theme Forest account and downloaded the WordPress installable files from my orders list, and when uploading it manually, it tells me that its still version v7.2.5

Please advise on how best to update

    Hello,

Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

If the issue remains, try to upload the theme from ThemeForest and set it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

    Best Regards.

i’m trying to follow the steps you provided, however:

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

Never mind my last comment. I found the option.

I tried all of your suggestions, including

upload the theme from ThemeForest and set it via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

and I am still unable to update my theme.
