Can’t install any preset theme

As title, i can’t install any prebuild theme.
I just need to load the default one and i should be ok.

I would also add that even if wpbakery is installed (from the plugin zip file) it is not showed in the html block (add new).
Something seems corrupt.

Please try to deactivate the third party plugins and import the demo from woodmart > Pre Built websites.
Also Edit with wp bakery option is showing in the HTML Blocks.
