Cant install WP Bakery Builder

I am trying to install the WPBakery Page Builder on a Woodmart website. I downloaded the plugin from the page https://xtemos.com/my-account/?action=register
Then I try to add the downloaded .zip file to the add plugin page and I get an error saying “Incompatible file” (in portuguese)
There is no installation guide as described in the documentation

Please send clear instructions. Where do I upload the zip plugin??? I attached pics of the plugin panel attached, please highlight the option to upload the plugin
