Can't load templates from the server.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Theme and the Woodmart Core and Wp-bakery plugin.

    And also make sure that you have set the Page builder to Wp-Bakery from Theme Settings >> General.

    Then check back.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    thanks it was the
    Indeed Ultimate Affiliate Pro block it

    can I fix this problem ? once I active Indeed Ultimate Affiliate Pro , it can’t connect.

    As the Issue is caused by a third party plugin we could not help you with this.
