Can't match placeholder gallery size on homepage products grid

Hi, I’ve been searching on your forum and the closest I got was the post below.

I’m trying to test this theme for our new site and have become frustrated with trying to get the gallery size image to match up on the homepage. Your size shows 800×700, then I’m reading 800×600, then now I’m trying 1800×1600 and nothing is matching up. Why can’t they match up? What am I doing wrong…losing my mind 🙂

Hello,
There are two main conditions in images: 1 – uploaded images should be of one and the same proportion and size, 2. settings in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Image.
If you want your image to look like demo image, upload the same size. Your image is 1200×1800 http://prntscr.com/kat26r and demo image is 700×800 http://prntscr.com/kat2qh
