Can’t move category description down

Installed in the settings (Theme settings – Products archive – Category description position (After product grid)). But the description still remains at the top. How to move down?

Please check it under the product grid. find this option in the Theme Settings > Shop page. Clear the browser cache and try again. If the issue remains Please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

All settings are set, the cache is cleared, but the position of the description does not change.

Actually, under the Dashboard > Layouts > you had multiple Layouts created for the Archive page due to which the Theme Settings options weren’t taking effect because if the Layouts are created and enabled then they take priority. So, right now we have disabled the Archive related Layouts on your Site and now the Theme Settings option works accordingly now on your Site.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.
