Can't not edit woodmart header builder

Hello I can’t edit the header builder,I can clone the above components, but when I click the plus sign, it will only display blank. Can you help me see it? Thank you.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
