Can’t Proceed to Check out

We have set up our store, but after viewing the cart and pressing the “Checkout” button, we are redirected to the homepage instead of the checkout page.

We do have a checkout page set up, but the button doesn’t seem to direct customers to it properly. Could you please help us identify and resolve the issue?

Hello,

Please make sure that woocommerce checkout shortcode is setup correctly in the edit page:
[woocommerce_checkout]

Then Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced and confirm that the “Checkout Page” is set correctly.

If the issue remains, deactivate all third-party plugins not related to the theme and check the issue. If the issue still persists, share the wp logins details so i will check and give you a possible solution.
