Cant scroll down to footer on mobile

Hey, I cant scroll down to my footer on chrome mobile on some pages. On safari i can get it to show if i scroll down many times, but it is still a very big issue. Why is this happening? Having the same problem on multiple of my woodmart webshops. Please help me out ASAP. Very big problem that is hurting my business. You have to go on an actual phone to experience the issue, the problem does not persist in chrome dev tools etc.

Hey Luke, this will be difficult as we are running ads to this site 24 hours a day. Surely there is another way to fix the issue? I have 6 sites in total and the issue is only on my woodmart sites. Same on powerkit.no for example.
