Can't see "BASEL Swatch layered widgets"

I’m having trouble with the BASEL Swatch layered widgets. They are not the showing up… can you help me?

We can’t access your web-site and get 403 Forbidden error. Are you able to allow access to your web-site for us? And provide please your admin panel url also.

That’s weird, can you try it again? I could access through Angola, England and Dubai machines. Can you check it?

We can’t say why but we still get this 403 error

Seems that we found the problem, just accessed your web-site with VPN (from another country). But now we are not able to login your admin panel 🙁
