I see you tried to install the theme on the fresh WP installation, please advise what demo do you want to upload and confirm the permissions to reset and reinstall all. There may be two reasons of the problem: incorrect installation or server configuration.

i wanted a clean one like decor. i am selling wallstickers and wallpapes but i am trying to design my website from scratch now.
if you will make it fresh will i lose categories i have made? because i dont see them now.
also how can i upload my fonts?

also i will choose the decor and will want to replace it will i be able?

I did not change or delete anything. You can find the categories you have created in the Dashboard > Products > Categories: https://gyazo.com/a8dd13aa173b7b31309d8aa39ef60ec0

You can export the content and then import it back into the site. You can do that by means of Dashboard > Tool > Export /Import. In any case, make the full backup of your site.

I also can’t figure out how to change the product page to another design for a sample. according to your manual i should see Product page design on the product page configuration but i can’t see it. Please reinstall it for me. i am loosing alot og the time

In addition, the product page has its own option https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings

Please provide the product URL from the demo I will tell which options should be configured and how.

The demo uploads to the clear empty WordPress installation. Your site had the content. You need to export all the content by means of Expert / Import functionality in Dashboard > Tools, install the Theme to net WordPress installation, and then import your content, I would recommend deleting the demo posts, pages, and products that you do not need and then upload the content.

You can create or chose another header and set it as the default: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-default-header-website/

All the content is editable: you can delete any row/section and add your own. You can use our template library to take different parts from different demos: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

The footer is configured in The Theme Settings > Footer and you can add the widgets in Appearance > Widgets into Footer Column 1, and Footer Column 2.
