Can't show products with new label

Hi! I love the theme but I can’t figure out how the products with NEW label works. I’ve configurated some products to be new until the end of february but I can’t get them to show on my products wheel. Am I doing something wrong or have I discovered a bug?

I have set these two products with a new labels: https://gyazo.com/5b5b810765129a83a27b9781c2cb2609 as shown: https://gyazo.com/600dfad9cbb96c91ddc5b95b53a0ca2c and they do not appear. Please disable all the cache and optimizing plugins and let us know if the problem persists.

I have tested on our side and it works properly.

Hi, I disabled all the plugins that can effect the situation but had no success. The same issue still persists. Is there any way that I might have interfered with the settings that make new label data sourcing possible?

I solved the issue. If you’ve have (like I’d done on my case) enabled automatic new labels on products then the manual “mark new until date” function doesn’t work. All my new label products came to be when I disabled that function (set it to 0). Then I switched it back again and created a new product and there my new product was.

So the manual set as new product function doesn’t work if you’ve enabled automatic new labels on products

I got what you meant Tatu. For others to reference: Theme Settings> Product Labels > Automatic “New” label period> 0

Yes, that is right. In order to show existing products with “New” label, you need to set zero in the Automatic “New” label period in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product labels.
