Can't translate mailchimp for wordpress subscribe form

    Hi,
    I can not translate mailchimp for wordpress subscribe form.
    I have already inserted in wpml the three strings translated (“Email address” and “Subscribe”) that appear in the form, but It did not work.
    I also tried to follow these instructions: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/mailchimp-for-wordpress-multilingual/ but the procedure identifies 63 strings to be translated, and instead the form contains only 3.
    Above all I don’t understand why the wpml string translation doesn’t have to work.
    Please help me to find a solution.
