Can’t update the theme, says unauthorized..

also the website redirects to malicious sites, what to do? please help

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Also, “I’ve thoroughly checked your site, and it’s not redirecting to any malicious sites. Everything seems secure from my end.”

it’s not working at all, please help, it says theme successfully deactivated but doesn’t show a place where I can put my purchase code

and it’s not updating, keeps saying Unauthorized
