cant upload and install the theme.

I cant upload Basel theme to my wordpress. I am getting ” i am getting this messege “The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/12.” error.
i have already mailed admin access and FTP credentials to Xtemos suppot.

We tried to upload our theme ZIP file via cpanel but without any success. Always get this error when unzip the file

Also, we tried to upload other zip files with themes and plugins and get the same result. It seems to be your hosting issue. Could you please contact your server providers and ask to unzip our theme archive?

hi.
it is working now. i contacted my hosting providers and told them about the issue. they told me that i have reached my soft disk limit. they increased my limit and now the theme is working fine. Thanks for the support 🙂
