Can’t use my item purchase code

    I can’t use my item purchase code because I tried the demo site for the designing things. But now I completely delete the demo site, but can’t use purchase code in the real site. Because it saying this code is used or something…

    Can you remove the purchase code for the old site?

    Hello,

    You can disable the old domain in the ThemeForest account and then activate the license on your new domain or in your account on our website. Then you will be able to activate the license without any issues on the new domain.
