Can't View Images On the Track Order Page.

I’ve created the Track Order page, following the steps of Nayyar Shaikh on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlVvVpZwcS4). Usually, I created the page using the attached file, so far so good.
The problem is that I can’t view any text or images on the page as you can view on the attached screenshots.
How can I solve this issue? The the track order page is empty…
