Carousel Banner Shifting Issue After Publishing on PC, Mobile, and Tablet

We would like to use a carousel banner so it can be optimized for PC, mobile, and tablet. Please check the enclosed file for reference.

The gray screen currently shown represents the CAROUSEL layout we want to apply, but it is currently hidden (we’ve added it as hidden under PAGES > HOME in the admin panel, so you can log in and check the issue). The image currently published below was manually inserted. We would like to remove that manually added image and publish the BANNER CAROUSEL instead. However, while it appears correctly in the preview, after publishing, the carousel shifts to the left.

The current site is manually inserted, so it appears without any issues. Please do not respond by saying there are no issues. Our main focus is that we want to switch to using a carousel.

I had already submitted this inquiry before, but your response seems to suggest that you haven’t properly checked the issue.

Are you sure you’ve checked thoroughly? The issue I mentioned is about applying the Carousel layout, and as I’ve said multiple times, the current site displays correctly because it’s manually inserted. I’ve mentioned several times that we want to go into the admin panel and set the carousel under PAGES > HOME. Did you check the enclosed images?

The problem is that the manually inserted banner doesn’t optimize properly for tablet and mobile, causing spacing issues. It doesn’t adapt to different screen sizes, which is why we want to switch to the carousel. Please check it quickly.

I checked your site and the Banner Carousel widget is showing correctly in full-screen. Please double check.

I advise you to regenerate the CSS using the Elementor plugin tools. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this at: https://elementor.com/help/regenerate-css-data/. This step may further assist in resolving the issue.
