    Hi,

why aren’t there any navigation arrows on the new products carousel to switch between pages and view the other new products? How can such arrows be added? I would like to be like brand’s carousel.

    Best regards, Nikola

    Hello,

To better understand where you’d like the navigation arrows or scrollbar to appear, could you please share some screenshots of the section you’re referring to? This will help us guide you more accurately on how to make it like the brand’s carousel.

    Hello,

I’m attaching a screenshot showing where the arrows are missing on the homepage in the “New Products” section. I would like to have arrows appear right there.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Navigate to pages > edit home page with Elementor> Edit ajax Products tabs widget and in the style tab choose the layout “carousel” and in the carousel settings choose the arrow position “Together”. https://postimg.cc/SY7V1Fn9

    Hi,

I’m attaching a photo based on your instructions, but I don’t see any resemblance between the photo you sent and what I’m finding.

I kindly ask for additional assistance. Even after I made them “Together”, they still don’t show up.

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hello,

The reason the navigation arrows were not appearing is because the “Products per page” and “Slides per view” settings were both set to 6, which means all products were already visible on a single row — so there was nothing left to scroll through, and the carousel arrows were hidden.

To fix this, I’ve increased the “Products per page” to 12, while keeping 6 slides per view, which now allows the carousel to scroll — and the navigation arrows are showing as expected.

Check back your site and check the issue. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

    Hi,

I understand the issue… Is it possible to set the “Products per page” to match the number of new products, while keeping the sliding functionality limited to 6 items?

If yes, what value should I set for “Products per page”?

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hello,

You can set the “Products per page” to match the total number of new products you want to display—for example, if you have 12 new products, you can set the value to 12. Then, to ensure that only 6 products are visible at a time within the carousel, you’ll need to configure the “slides per view” to 6. This way, the carousel will display 6 products at a time and allow users to slide through the rest, maintaining the sliding functionality while showing all your new products.

Here is the theme documentation on how this widget works.

Hi, thanks. I just couldn’t figure out how to set up automatic recognition of new products, because in theory, when working with a large database, there’s no way for me to know which ones are new and which aren’t, and then start counting and correcting every time.

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hello,

Here’s a built-in “New” label feature in Woodmart that automatically detects newly added products based on the number of days you set.

    To configure this, go to:

Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Product Labels > Automatic “New” label period

Set the number of days you’d like the “New” label to remain on recently added products.

Once that’s done, in Elementor, you can use the Product Grid or Carousel widget and select “New label” as the data source to display only new products automatically — no need to track or update manually.

Here is the documentation on how to use the new label: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-labels/

Thank you for the detailed information. I did everything, thank you. Could you just confirm if I have correctly located the carousel from the screenshot?

    Thank you!
