Cart & AJAX Cart emties after 1 second

Hello,
I have purchased your theme yesterday and have only the plugins that come with the theme installed (plus WooCommerce Germanized that you officially support).
I imported your full demo content. Now, when adding any product to the cart it appears for 1 second and then the cart automatically empties again.

This doesn’t happen when I use another theme and add something to the cart so this is very likely related to your theme.

Have you tried it when being logged in into the WordPress Admin?

Also my hoster did exclude all woocommerce checkout steps from caching

But as you can see on the screenshot we sent, we were logged in while testing this function.

Ok could be possible it occurs otherwise.

AJAX Cart works, but as soon as entering the checkout the cart is empty.

What device setup do you use?
I just tried it with mobile data via my iPhone and the cart gets cleared when entering it as well…

Could you please ask your hosting provider to disable all caching functions?

I have been doing some excessive testing with my hoster in the past days and after removing all caching, the issue still exists.

When using the tewntyseventeen theme from wordpress, it works without a problem, so this is probably a theme related issue (s. screenshot attached).

During the investigation, we found out that the problem happens only to variations of products, not when adding a product without variations.

Here’s a product variation you can use (first one, the 1/2017): http://swedenformshop.wpengine.com/produkt/mallikerta/

Also, when you have a product that is not a variation in the cart and add a product variation of another product, it will replace the product in the AJAX Cart widget but when visiting the cart page, the variation disappeared and only the product that was there before will be in the cart.

There’s also an error showing in the console (s. screenshot #2), it might be related to the issue.

The problem seems to be caused by some of these plugins that we are not able to deactivate http://prntscr.com/ie1fnw
Or you can try to disable AJAX add to cart function in Theme Settings -> product page.
