    first added some products to the shopping cart went to check out. created an account and then when he went back after the account had been created her products were gone.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    If you login then you won’t face the problem. but you will show the issues when you create a new account.
