Cart, Checkout and My Account page showing 404 error

I have already created all the above pages and selected in woocommerce settings, but still these pages showing 404 error. I couldn’t figure out the issue.

i just checked by activating TwentyTwenty, its same 404 error showing

This happens after updating theme and applied all patches, before it was working. Could you please check once?
