Cart doesn't pop up

When I add a product to the cart, the cart does not pop up, and when I click on the cart in the upper right corner, it goes directly to the cart, so where should I set it to make the cart pop up?

The issue was caused by the cart behavior. I have edited it from Woodmart >> Header builder >> Cart and the issue was fixed.
