I often received nowadays a complaint from customers like when they added to cart, still they see your cart is currently empty error. Could you please check and confirm what causes this error?

Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
Please clear browser cache, purge cache of plugin / server and check again.
In general, Wishlist, Cart and Compare pages should not be cached at all, so I suggest you exclude those pages from the cache and recheck the issue.

Thanks for your response. With the suggestion from Hosting Team, I have deactivated the WP Rocket plugin to see if the error resolves. Now it’s going fine. In case experience, any issues again, I will let you know.
Meanwhile as I deactivated WP Rocket and I see under the theme settings, Performance segment. Could you please confirm which options needs to be enabled/disabled in this section for better performance? your advise on this would be really appreciated.

You don’t need to deactivate it completely.

Good Day! I have not still activated the WP-Rocket back then. But, again Encountered the same issue from few customers this morning. As I don’t know where the actual problem is coming from.
Along with this reply, have attached the video of the empty cart issue. Please check and would be highly appreciated if you can assist on sort this issue out ASAP.

The issue has sorted with the help of hosting team support as they mentioned the issue was related to permalink and it won’t happen again.
