Cart Flows Abandoned Cart Does Not Work

Hi, I recently moved my website from Woodmart about a month ago. In that time the Abandoned email has not fired since the switch. I have reached out to the plugin developer but also feel I should reach out here as it seems to be more of a consequence. The response from the plugin developer is that they cannot see the JS firing.

Please see the response in private content. We have tested removing the plugins but still no luck. Even tried a different theme and still nothing. This would imply it’s the plugin however I still thought I should reach out here just in case.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Let us know if the problem occurs on WoodMart only, let us know.

So I have a staging site and tested the issue with just the storefront theme, Woocommerce and the Abandoned checkout plugin.

I could get the order to be captured and fire the abandoned email.

Initially, you contacted us with the problem of custom layout which does not plugin in JS files. This problem should have been solved now.

Then you report the email-sending plugin. The email sending is the plugin functionality and WoodMart theme does not influence that. Please contact the plugin support on this issue.
