Cart icon and Wishlist not working

Hi, Somehow the cart icon is showing all the time to all users that it has 26 items and however when you click in the shopping cart it shows is empty. the same exists for wishlist sometimes. See my screenshot to understand. Can you please advise what’s wrong?
