Cart page does not update items when needed.

when a customer adds an item to the cart and tries to change the quantity of that item, he can’t. for example; you add 4 items and want to change to 3, when you decrease and update, it goes back to 4

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with the theme or not.
Because the cart is in the woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

The problem is occurring with other theme too. But it started to happen after the theme update. Even though it’s not necessarily a problem with the template, can you give me any suggestions for solving them? The only option I have at hand is the backup from 1 week ago and I wouldn’t want to use it
I managed to solve this by installing a third-party plugin. I really didn’t know the origin of this problem, very strange.
The important thing is that it did, I think!
