Hi, Why are there many differences between your demo and the imported one?
This is the cart page in your demo https://prnt.sc/sKZVYrltP2tm
This is it on my site https://prnt.sc/RPVpWr9NFrDP, Nothing was edited or changed

    Please check and advise

    Hello,

You are using WooCommerce Blocks. You need to remove them completely – https://monosnap.com/file/DYynCYO5DELtMiDQW2E99Yhx3TFPCs. Then define the Shortcode element with [woocommerce_cart], save the page and as a result, the default template for the Cart page will be shown.

It already doesn’t respect these blocks, And I did the same but wit an extra page. So, I’ve added the [woocommerce_cart] to it and saved and viewed and nothing was changed.

    Hi,

1- There is no need for a code, What is the issue exactly that caused the issue

2- Did you ask for the details to reply with a non-working solution? Why didn’t you add it yourself to make sure it is working and report what was done here ?

PLEASE, do the necessary to make this work and then tell me what was done here.

    Thanks

    Hi,
    Normal width https://prnt.sc/pFQWKIMz5XZ2
    Cart Layour width https://prnt.sc/zo807uFm3fnk
Adding this CSS code https://prnt.sc/iTUrrbhZhXgC means something is broken somewhere. All other pages/layouts have no issues. So, Why only this page?
I know we might increase the width with code. but this is a work-around not a solution

    #596360

    Hello,

Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Layout > Set the site width of the whole site.

If you want to make the only cart page full width, Navigate to Layout > Edit Cart layout with Elementor > Edit Container > Set the Content Width “Full Width” and in the Xtemos layout choose the Stretch Container.

    Hi,
Sometimes I think you (The support team, not only you Aizaz) add a reply without investigating the issue.

Have a look here at your demo, https://prnt.sc/LOpgQNvP6_JU the normal width like all other pages, right?
    I have imported this demo.
Here is how the layout looks inside Elementor https://prnt.sc/0i07efZlaf37. Normal, right?
Here is how it looks in the front end, https://prnt.sc/72M95bwFBK0f
So, it is not a layout width issue, not a theme settings width issue (All other pages are reading the width from theme settings with no issues).

You do the math and tell me where exactly is the issue and why it is not similar to your demo?

    #596613

    Hello,

You are using the theme presets feature for the cart page where the container width option is actually overwritten. Click on the Theme Presets > Edit Theme Settings and in the General tab set the “Site Width”.

it is already 1400 pixels in theme settings and is not applied to the cart page.
All pages are reading it except for the cart page, Why? That’s unknown until now. It reads it inside elemnentor. But not the front end.

Please fix it from your side (Without custom CSS) and tell me what to do. Do not tell me the steps. Just fix it from your side not to waste more time. 11 days to solve a simple issue like this?

    #596766

    Hello,

Click on the Settings Presets Button.
    https://ibb.co/MpY09Tx

    Then edit the Theme Settings.
    https://ibb.co/DbFrPK1

And choose the site width “1400px”

    Thanks.
Now It’s clear and makes sense. The issue is fixed.

I have imported this demo and didn’t change this setting. Why the width was set to a custom width and no inherit like your demo?

    Thanks

    #596876

    Hello,

The demo comes with a custom width of 1400px. This is the default setting for the demo,. If you’d prefer to adjust this, you can easily modify the site width under Theme Settings > General Layout > Site Width to suit your needs. Let me know if you need any further assistance!

Yes, that’s what I’m talking about.
When You import a demo, it should be imported identical to the demo. The demo checkout is 1400px, including the demo cart page. Why it was not imported and had a separate value? And Why when I imported it, it have no shop page? And why did it duplicate the checkout page and add one of the two pages as the shop page? and why did the shop page and all categories have a messed header?
All these questions make me wonder why I even imported the demo in the first place. Do I import it to stay for weeks solving its issues? or it should save me some time and make me focus on other things!

    #596990

    Hello,

I understand your frustration. The width issue may arise due to the theme presets which you have made. For the missing shop page and duplicate checkout and the header are showing fine now. It’s possible that the shop page or certain settings may have been accidentally deleted while customizing the site.

Let me know if you need further help!

    My friend,

Are you just looking for someone to blame but your system?
I imported the demo, and directly viewed the website, and then all of the issues I shared above are there already.
No changes were made to the settings. No layouts were made by me until now, these all are the demo layouts. I even disabled them all because they were causing serious issues. and even after disabling them, your theme still messing with my checkout page structure as you see in my other ticket.

Anyway, you can close this ticket now, and let’s continue with the rest of the issues in their tickets

    Thanks.
