    Hello

    I imported prebuilt website FASHION.

Default cart position setting in header is set to “Dropdown”.
I changed cart position setting to “Hidden sidebar”, but it doesn’t work as expected – instead of opening hidden sidebar on click it redirects me to Cart page.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Best regards,
    Primož

    Hello,

Navigate to Theme Setting > Shop > Shopping cart widget > Choose action after add to cart button.

Navigate to WooCommerce > Settings> Products > Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives: https://prnt.sc/7WwjYQEdcMh8

Also, navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Current Header > Configure cart Settings and choose the cart position “Hidden Sidebar”.

    Thank you for fast resposne.

I already tried all that and it is not wokring. The “sidebar cart” is not showing up neither after adding product to the cart, neither when clicking on the cart icon in the header.

    Here you go

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution. Also, switch the child theme to the parent theme and check the issue after completely clearing the browser cache and server cache.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

I deactivated all plugins and it did not work.

If it’s OK with you I can set up a testing installation for you on another subdomain (so we don’t mess with my development site) so that you can take a look. Let me know.

    Best regards,
    Primož

    Hello,

Yes, please go ahead and set up the testing installation on a subdomain and share the WordPress admin login credentials with us. This will allow us to investigate the issue more closely without affecting your development site.

    Best Regards,
