Cart shows as empty after adding product

    Hello,

    Some of my users are facing an issue on mobile. When they add a product to the cart (trough the single product page) it’s adding correctly, but when they access the cart, the cart shows as empty.

    2. Should I use exception rules for my Cache Plugin (WP Rocket) But what should I exclude ?

    It’s a really anyiong issue because I’m losing a lot of orders this way. Customers are leaving the site, without the ability to go to checkout page…

    Hello,

    We have tested the issue on our side but the cart page and the add to cart button is working fine.

    It seems to be a cache problem. Please try checking in the private browser window.

    Hello,

    I had to fix the problem fast, so I had to disable the AJAX Add to cart button from the theme settings.
    By the way, I have already checked the website on different browsers and differents devices. All with private or no cache browsing.

    The add to AJAX Add to cart option seems to be the origin of the issue. So I had to disable it to fix the issue fast.
    But I don’t like how it behaviour now. I prefer the AJAX Add to cart.
    Please can you tell me how I can keep using it but, without having this kind of issue ?
    Should I use the AJAX add to cart option only on desktop and disable this option in a mobile only preset theme setting ?

    Please, enable the AJAX add to cart option temporarily so we could see the problem and check what is wrong.
