Cart Sub total do not use Dynamic Discount price

The cart page shows sub total based on Woocommerce product price and not based on dynamic discount price.
While on right side the cart totals section was perfectly calculating sub total based on dynamic discount price.
The sub total gets updated on intentional quantity change, it forces recalculation of sub total and than it displays correct sub total both on cart table and on cart totals widget on the right
This gets corrected when cart layout was switched Off.
So there is an issue with cart layout calculation
