cashe issue

I have a problem with my website cashe when customers enter the site , some of the elements site did not show as the picture appears in the attachments .
The second problem I faced that I use your theme on my site, but I am facing a problem when the customer chooses the city to deliver his order. I use the plugin that (WC City Select ) to show the cities as a drop-down list in Arabic and transfer the name of the city to the site for shipping orders in English. Some time ago, I noticed that the names of cities were being transferred to the website for shipping orders in Arabic, and here we face a problem with the difficulty of the site reading the name of the city in Arabic, and we are forced to write it manually. Is this a problem due to updating the theme and this message is not compatible with the new update, or what is the reason?

For the fist issue the website sometimes does not show the full elements to the costumers, this problem we faced about twice a week with different users, it is not popular. Maybe because of that it you see the site is fine

I have checked your site again and it is working fine. Update the new version of theme and update the required plugin and check the issue. Or Temporarily disable the cache plugin and check the issue,
