Categorie pages and productpages are loading slow

Hi,
We manage an online store running for years on the Woodmart Framework. For several weeks/months now, loading categories and especially products has become very slow. Loading times of 15-20 seconds are not uncommon. We’ve already implemented optimizations together with the hosting provider and various developers. The pages perform well in GT Metrix and Google speed tests, but these category and product pages continue to load slowly. We’re now being referred to you to look into this together. Do you have any ideas about what might be causing this, and would you be willing to share your thoughts?

Please send access to the admin panel so I can investigate that issue. Also, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
