Categories

Hi there, im a new customer with woodmart.
I am trying to create some new product Categories. I create the product categories and when i go to appearance > menus > Categories , I am not able to see the categories that i just created. can you please kindly advise on how to work this out. thank you

So I am on the same section that you showed me. I am still unable to see those new categories that i created. Im confused, can you please advise?

I just had another look. It seems those categories shown on your screenshot are for the Posts, and not for products.
I im looking for categories in the products to add to the menu. please kindly advise thank you

Please send me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to Private Content area, I will check the problems.
