As soon as you restore the site, make sure you have added Product categories to the menu. Seems you have added blog categories.
If you still have the problem, please describe in details what you want to do, what do you do, and what do you get, please provide your site admin access so that I could check the settings and suggest what to correct.
If you have 404 error, you need to go to Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and save, if it does not solve the problem, try different variants and save.
