ZellsaintParticipantHello,
As you can see in the image, the contents of my page are in full width format, but the subcategories and breadcrumbs section does not adapt because it appears automatically. How can I put them in full width format?
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have added HTML block into the category: https://gyazo.com/f7bace4b6b7e43c58d575d69a2ae9442
Please check our documentation to edit the widget: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

ZellsaintParticipantHello,
The HTML block appears after the subcategories section, so you cannot modify the section that I send you in the image. I don’t understand the answer you are giving me.
This HTML block only refers to all the layout that appears after the subcategories, and it’s the only thing that I can’t put in full width format so that it fits the whole screen.
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Do you mean sofas images or do you want breadcrumbs in the center?
I am a bit confused with the purpose.

ZellsaintParticipantHello,
First of all, what I want is for those two sections to adapt to the screen, that is, to be full width, like the other sections.
In all other sections I can modify the width of the row to fit the whole screen, but not in subcategories and breadcrumbs.
Do you understand it better this way?
Thanks.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The page layout (global option for all the pages in the Theme Settings > General layout) is configured to be full-width, you need either set “content full width” or set “default” width for all the rows in the
[html_block id="7712"]
HTML block. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

ZellsaintParticipantHello,
The HTML block you indicate already has everything in full width format, but the subcategories and breadcrumbs don’t belong to that HTML block, so I can’t modify it there.
Currently the HTML block is put as a description in the “sofas” category.
The sofa page is a product category page, that’s why these subcategories appear automatically. I don’t know if I explained myself well this way…

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
When I set “Content full width” I get this result: https://gyazo.com/b2c957504617033888272418d1bbf841
At the same time, the same layout is applied throughout the site.
In order to set this layout for the Sofa category only, you need to create Theme Preset and create a preset for ” Term ID – apply settings for special terms like tags or categories” https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

ZellsaintParticipantHello,
I am seeing it on a 24′ screen and as you can see in the image that section does not fit the full width of the screen.
I don’t want it to apply only to the “sofa” category page but to all category pages, since each one will have its different subcategories.
I send you the image again so you can see how it does not adapt to the screen size that I have indicated.
Thanks.

ZellsaintParticipantOk, I can already see that it fits the screen. Thank you very much for all the info!!
On the other hand, I would like to know if all those subcategories can be centered. They currently appear from the left side.
Thanks.

ZellsaintParticipantHello,
Continuing with the theme of the subcategories section in which I asked you if it could be focused, can you tell me if there is also the possibility of hiding it?
Thanks.

ZellsaintParticipantHi Elise,
Thanks for your answer, but I was not referring to the categories in the page title, but to the subcategories that appear automatically on the product category pages.
I send you the image again so you can see it.
Thank you!

This option would remove the categories from all the page titles.

ZellsaintParticipantHi Elise,
The categories that I have shown you in the image are not those of the title. As you can see, I have them disabled and that section still appears.
The section that I show you appears automatically through the display type of a product category, and it is the one that I would like to hide or change its format, as you can with WPbakery.
Thank you

ZellsaintParticipantHi Elise,
You can se the categories in the product category Sofas.
Another thing, can we remove the previous photo? I prefer that these images on the web are not published at the moment. Or if there is some way to make it private, great.
Thank you!
August 14, 2022 at 1:28 am #397145
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Could you kindly provide the URL? I check “Sofa” there are no categories in the title.
If you mean the categories below, you need to remove the shortcode from the category description.
We will remove all the images from the topic.
Best Regards

ZellsaintParticipantHello Elise,
Can you show me a picture of what you see exactly? In this way, I can tell you which section I would like to remove or change the format, because I think we are not understanding each other. Thank you!

ZellsaintParticipantHi Elise,
Ok, I’m talking about those subcategories, which are the ones that appear automatically on the product category page. These subcategories are not the ones that appear in the HTML block placed in the description, they appear because in the “type of display” section of the product category edition, you indicate to show the subcategories instead of the products.
If you can, please delete you video 🙂
Thanks

ZellsaintParticipantHi Elise,
As you can see, even if you remove the HTML module from the description, the subcategories section still appears automatically. This section refers to the “type of display” within the edition of the product category, and that is the section that I want to modify.
Thank you

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
These are child categories and it is not possible to remove them. You can consider creating the category page by means of WooCommerce layouts builder
You can find the information here: https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/woocommerce-layouts-builder/?theme=woodmart https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/woocommerce-layouts-builder/?theme=woodmart
Best Regards
