Categories Archive Display Bug

Hi,
I raised several bugs in a previous support ticket, but unfortunately your team didn’t address this category display issue, so I’m raising it again in a new ticket.
If I navigate to: Categories > Residential Hardware > Doors Stops Residential (image fails to display on frontend) – Seems to be failing to call <div class=”wd-cat-image”>
Please see attached image.
Can you please investigate the frontend display issue?
If I use a category list method instead, the catagory filters correctly, so it seems to be a gutenberg block bug.

Thank you for following up and sharing the details. I’ve reviewed the category where the thumbnail isn’t appearing on the frontend. After editing that category, I noticed the image itself isn’t loading in the backend either.
Could you please try re-uploading or selecting the image again for that category, then save the changes?

Ok, So the confusing part is if there’s no image then we expected the image placeholder to show, which it didn’t. Solved.

Yes but in your case,no image was saved for that category, nothing appeared. I’m glad re-uploading the image solved the issue.
