categories are cloned when importing goods

There was a problem that manifests itself repeatedly. The theme is installed, after a while, when the products are updated from the csv file, the categories begin to be cloned by standard import. Each product creates a new category and places itself there. We tried to disable all plugins – the situation has not changed. Woocomerce latest version like wordpress. It is noteworthy that the download file was tried to be used on another site and a similar error does not appear on another topic, everything is correct.

Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because the Products Import/Export is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
